I want to give a shout out to #Vaseline and #Influenster (yes, they've been hashtagged...and no that trend isn't over yet) for a complimentary product I received to test and blog about, so here I go.
First, I received this lovely little box in the mail....

There was a 10 fl oz bottle of 'Vaseline® intensive care™ advanced repair' moisturizing lotion, a 'dry skin diagnostic tool', and a card from Vaseline® and Influenster.
The dry skin diagnostic tool was a little adhesive circle of sorts that I applied to my skin before hand to deduce the level of dryness of my skin.
Yeahhhh.... that was pretty dry... Look at all the flakes of dead skin! Ew!
But I used, for the dry skin experiment, what's probably equivalent a tablespoon of lotion to my key dry zones: elbows, knees, hands and feet. The lotion wasn't super thick nor thin and greasy though I'll admit I was worried when I read that the lotion contained, and I quote "micro-droplets of Vaseline® jelly".
As I write, it's been two hours and my dry zones still feel as they did when I first applied the lotion. I give this product two, well moisturized, thumbs up! Brava!
Oh, and here's the test strip of my skin after using the lotion. Yay! Ta-ta for now!
