Taking part of today's 2-fer is the FlavFusion Water Bottle by Big Easy Brands! It's a water bottle with an inner chamber which can be filled with anything you like! Fruits, vegetables, or in my case, peppermint tea, details to follow. The bottle is 25 oz, the infuser is removable, and it's BPA and lead free. It has a locking flip top lid which is great for avoiding spills and keeping the flavor in! It's very easy to use, has a non-slip grip, an is made out of Tritan Plastic .
This water bottle is great for anyone trying to kick the habit of drinking too much soda or sugar laden juices. By adding some fresh fruit to the infusion chamber, you can get all the flavor without the calories.
Hello lovelies! Here I am with another review and again I must disclose that I received the product free to test and review, yet all opinions are entirely my own!
This time around I have something I've been seeing a lot of as a growing trend throughout America. Matcha!
Now what is matcha? Matcha, or 抹茶 (fine powder tea) as it's called in Japan, is a finely ground powder of specially processed green tea. There are two different types: ceremonial and culinary grade. The first is called ceremonial-grade matcha only if it's good enough for the traditional Japanese tea ceremony. The culinary grade is used to flavor and dye foods such as soba noodles, green tea ice cream and other goods.
The brand I'm bringing you is Midori Springs Organic Ceremonial Green Tea Powder AKA the good stuff! ;)
As I've said matcha is commonly used to brew hot beverages, baked goods or blended into drinks like juices or smoothies and of course ice cream! Yum! Now I was kind of wary about trying matcha because I've either heard people say "It's so good! I put it in everything!" or "It's so bitter, use only a little!". So least to say, I was curious as to my first impression of this green tea product. So I recorded myself!!! Catch my video below!!
Hello loves!! Back again with a new review! And of course I must disclose that I received the product discounted/free to test and give my honest feedback. This time it's from Justified Laboratories and it's a professional grade whitening kit for your teeth. It's a 44% carbamide peroxide whitening gel with a proprietary mint flavor.
Each kit contains 5, 5 ml syringes, UV light, duplex mouth tray w/ air hole for easy breathing. Each syringe contains enough whitening gel for 5 sessions, so this kit covers 25 sessions! It is FDA certified and starts whitening right away!
So that was the technical stuff.
Here goes my personal opinions!
Hi guys! I'm not sure if you follow me on Twitter last night, but I kind of broke down in a mini rant because an article I read stirred up old feelings I have about gender stereotyping.
Now, growing up I was a shy nerd/tomboy. I kept my head in the books and my hair in an afro. I also played with dolls, play makeup and fake food. Would I have made the choice to lay with these toys if left or my own devices? Probably so. Commercials only ever showed little girls playing dress up and playing with babies and learning to play house. Obviously that's what little girls do.
But as I've gotten older and figured out how marketing works and how certain ideals are embedded in the parents minds, who then embed those same thoughts in their children's minds, I'm mad. Yes mad. It's an emotion and I felt it and still do.
Hi guys! Back again with another review of an awesome product review from Tomoson featuring Valentia Skin Care! Of course I have to disclose that I got this product free to test and to give my unbiased and HONEST opinion. I do all the (not-so) hard work to make your purchasing decisions easier!
The serum contains Organic Rosehip Oil, Organic Sea Buckthorn Oil, Green Tea Extract, Botanical Hyaluronic Acid, and Resistem (Plant Stem Cells). It claims to even out your skin tone, increase glow and radiance, reduce wrinkles and boost collagen production.
The product contains 20% Vitamin C along with essential fatty acids that should leave skin smooth and visibly brighter, reflecting light and giving your skin a youthful glow and a brilliant shine for a well-rested and refreshed look. The serum has a non-watery texture, allowing for greater coverage, is deeply penetrating and is supposed to reduce pores by locking in moisture.
So about two weeks ago I was selected, Through Tomoson to review Cassani's new shatterproof, anti-fog shower mirror (click here to read more on their Amazon.com product page). I was happy because this was my first product from Tomoson to review and I was excited that Cassani thought I'd be a good fit!
My mirror came about a week ago and I didn't install it until about three days ago. I know, I know!! But I had a three day convention to attend and I needed that fourth day to recover!! But once I took it from the box, here's what awaited me:
Dreamer, optimist, realist....a lot of "ist"s... No worries, I'm still trying to figure it out.
