Hello loves!
I hope your season has been fairing well! Low stress and some moments of peace are hopefully in abundance though it may seem difficult to grasp.
This week is like to invite you guys to just close your eyes and breath. Don't think about anything, or if you have to, let it be something simple like the sights and smells of the beach. Breathe in and out slowly and fully.
Now do it. Pause reading this and close your eyes for one minute. I'm not asking, I'm telling.
Good you're back! How was it?!
Do you realize that your one minute of tranquility has already benefited you mentally and physically? Your heart rate has likely lowered, any pain in your head has dulled, you're thinking clearer and you might have even sparked some creativity!
How wonderful is that?

To tie this into the title of this post, I find aromatherapy to be one of my biggest forms of relaxation. That's why I'm a fervent devotee of essential oils (see my post on lavender oil), scented wax, candles, nature!, and of course perfume. I'm drawn to earthy and floral scents that kind of compliments the user without overwhelming everyone else.
So I recently reached out to Kai Fragrances to try a sample of their perfume because I was looking everything I read on their site, but I absolutely have to smell any scented product before buying. So they kindly send me some samples and ....oh....my....word......
The first scent you're enveloped in is the gardenia. It's fresh and poignant and almost smells as if you're holding the flower in your hand. But then there's the floral undertones that just support the main scent. It's their signature perfume for a reason.
Their perfume is paraben, sulfate, phthalate, phosphate, gluten and cruelty free! Oh and it's vegan. I don't know how they can get any better!
They're exclusively sold at boutiques and spas worldwide, but you can always purchase through their site. And for now they're offering 10% off! Run!
