But in the last few years I've long since stopped stressing about it, we'll I've stressed less about it. I had to realize that instead of treating my self esteem like a punching bag, I should be giving it love and support. So that's what I did.
Yeah I'm still overweight, yeah I'm not at my target weight but guess what? I'm less than what I was 6 months ago, I'm taking care of my body and it's the healthiest it's been.
So what do I do. How do I train my mind and body to know when enough is enough? Enter garcinia cambogia.
What is that?
It's a natural weight loss supplement from the Indian Garcinia Cambogia fruit rind. It's supposed to help reduce body fat and suppress your appetite while raising your serotonin levels. And it's vegetarian friendly. The one I'm using is from the company Life & Food
Baloney, right? Well....
I've been using it for two weeks now and honestly I figured it might have some initial effects and then wear off or just not work altogether. But surprisingly everyday I've taken it I've noticed I'm eating at least half of what I normally did and I'm not missing the food! Plus I've dropped 6 pounds already!!!
***Now before you go out and buy bottles by the dozen, please consult your doctor about whether it's safe for you. And follow the directions on the bottle (it might differ depending on the brand, mine say 2 capsules once a day, 20 min before meal***
And another tidbit is to watch your calorie intake. A few days I noticed I only ate 500 - 700 calories (anything more made me sick) and for my height and weight it should've been around 1700 - 2100 cals for normal weight loss.
A few of you may be like, what's the big deal? The big deal is your body needs those nutrients and vitamins, so it's important to get that in.
So my final verdict? Yes, it's very effective and I'll continue to use it, but as I said, make sure your eating right and enough.
